The sessions throughout the day will focus on different skills. The first session will focus on passing, defense, and serving; while the second session will focus on setting, attacking, and blocking. The final session of the day will combine these skills and have a focus on competition. This camp will be designed to provide specific instruction on the skills that are being addressed and applying those skills during competition.
